Privacy notice for technical inquiries.

Jiangsu Yansheng Photoelectric New Material Co., Ltd. collects the information you submit through the RFQ form so its sales and technical teams can evaluate and respond to your request.

Information collected

This may include your name, company, business email, country or region, company type, website, product interest, application, specification, estimated demand, project timing and message. The inquiry record may also include the page where the form was submitted, the initial landing page and campaign parameters such as UTM source, medium and campaign.

How it is used

The information is used to qualify the request, prepare product or sample recommendations, communicate about the project and maintain a record of the commercial inquiry. It is not sold to third-party data brokers.

Storage and access

RFQ records are stored on Yansheng's controlled server. Access is limited to authorized personnel and system administrators. Campaign attribution is kept in session storage until the browser session ends. Routine anti-abuse controls may create a one-way request fingerprint without retaining the visitor's raw IP address in the inquiry record.

Retention and requests

Inquiry records may be retained while the project is active and for a reasonable commercial and compliance period afterward. To request correction or deletion, email yuguang1040@163.com.

International inquiries

If you submit information from outside China, you understand that it will be processed on infrastructure operated for Yansheng's business in China.
